NZ-SCOPE
A standardised occupant survey and analytics platform for understanding how public and office buildings perform for the people who use them.

Built on evidence from 68 office buildings and more than 5,250 occupants, including a substantial New Zealand sample.
Scope
The survey covers Environmental, Physical, Social, Sustainability and Final Feedback domains.
Outcome
Results are translated into building snapshots, domain scores, benchmarks, pattern detection and prioritised recommendations.
How NZ-SCOPE works
The current pilot combines the NZ-SCOPE survey with participant information, consent and usability questions in a single online experience.
NZ-SCOPE is currently being prepared for controlled pilot testing in New Zealand. Public access will be considered following testing, evaluation and refinement.
